Skillentials is the brainchild of CA Sarita Mehra Pandey and Vikas Kumar, former corporate colleagues and now steering this training and consulting company. Over their corporate careers spanning over decades, they realized there was a clear need and demand for behavioral trainings in the corporate sector, with trainers who resonated with the participants and were able to engage them in a fun and effective manner instead of the same ol' content heavy book lessons .
